From Turkish villas to Chelsea townhouses – our journey so far

This June marks a very special milestone for us — we’re turning 20!

What began in 2005 as a passion for helping people find their perfect place overseas has evolved into a boutique London-based agency known for thoughtful, personalised service and a commitment to community.

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, and most importantly, of the lasting relationships we’ve built along the way.

Our Roots: International Property with a Personal Touch

In our early years, we focused on helping clients buy property abroad, working across Florida, Bulgaria, Spain, Cyprus, and of course, the beautiful Turkish coast — from Alanya and Antalya to Kalkan, Bodrum, and Istanbul.

After the 2008 financial crisis, we doubled down on our expertise in Turkey, helping over 100 clients secure  holiday homes and investment properties. We partnered with trusted developers and legal teams to make sure every buyer felt informed, supported, and secure.

A New Chapter: Bringing It Home to London

Five years ago, we turned our attention to the UK property market, bringing our bespoke approach to Chelsea, Fulham, Battersea, and the surrounding areas.

Remaining a boutique agency has allowed us to focus on what truly matters:
