As the holiday season approaches, there’s one event I’ve always looked forward to—Santa in the City! This year, I’m thrilled to announce that Sam Akbay Property Agency will be participating in this festive 4k run, raising money to support cancer prevention through the World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF). And guess what? You can join us too!
On 4 December 2024, hundreds of us will take to the streets of London, dressed as Santa Claus, spreading holiday cheer and raising vital funds to help prevent cancer. For those of you who know me, you’ll know that community and giving back have always been at the heart of my work. That’s why I’m excited to be lacing up my running shoes—and Santa suit! —for a cause that’s close to my heart.

A Festive Run through Iconic London Landmarks
There’s something magical about running through London at night, especially with so many people dressed as Santa! The run begins at 7pm on the South Bank, and we’ll wind our way through the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Millennium Bridge and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. It’s the perfect way to soak in the festive atmosphere and kickstart the holiday season.
I can’t wait to don my 5-piece Santa suit, which includes the classic hat, beard, jacket, trousers, and belt. And, of course, every participant gets a medal at the finish line, a keepsake to remember this special evening.

This event is more than just a fun run. It’s a chance to come together as a community and support an incredible cause.
